Longfor Group, founded in Chongqing in 1993, has developed its business nationwide. Longfor Group Holdings Limited(stock code: 960) listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2009. In the first half of 2020, the Group's revenue increased by 32.6% to RMB51.14 billion over the same period last year. As at June 30, 2020, the Grouphas a presence in 5 regions nationwide and more than 50 cities. The Group hasbeen awarded “Fortune China 500” for eleven years and awarded “Best 10 ofComprehensive Strength of China Real Estate Developers” for 9 consecutiveyears, and selected as one of the “Top 50 Listed Companies in the Asia-PacificRegion” by Forbes three times, rankedin the list of “The World's 2,000 Largest Public Companies” by Forbes three times and ranked in the list of “2020 Hurun Global 500”.

In the first half of 2020, the commercial rentalgrew by 22% to RMB2.67 billion. As of today, the Group has 40 shopping mallsnationwide, with a construction area of approximately 3.87 million sqm, whoseoccupancy rate is 94.7%. The Group works with over 4,500 partnership brands andmerchants and more than 340 strategic cooperation brands.

Responding positively to thenational housing policies of "attaching equal importance to leasing andpurchase of house", Longfor developed rental housing “Goyoo” to satisfythe living pattern of the new generation and consumption upgrade. By the end ofJune 2020, “Goyoo” had spread over in more than 30 high-tier cities in China, including Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Chongqing andChengdu, with over 79,000 apartment units, ranking the top of the industry in scale. So far, “Goyoo” has accumulated nearly 250,000 serviced contract users, with servicesatisfaction rate reaching 95%. “Goyoo” ranked TOP 3 amongcentralized long-rental apartment brands.

Founded in 1997, Longfor SmartService has also set its foot in 13comprehensive operation service fields, including commerce, housing rental, cultural tourism, office, hotel,health care, industrial park, hospital, school, municipal supporting facilitiesand even smart city in addition to residential community. Longfor smart service has completed the layout of thefirst and second tiercore cities and the third and fourth tier potential cities, and the owners' satisfaction rate has exceeded 90% for 11 consecutive years. The system of Longforhousing agency serveice – Gannet Brokerage provides real estate brokerageone-stop service. By the end of 2020, Gannet Brokerage had provided servicesfor over 100,000 customers in more than 30 cities, ranking the second in realestate sales and lease business.
